On the bioethics of vaccinating US children vs sending vaccine to India: May 19,2021

Thoughts:
We need to both help other struggling societies access needed items (vaccines, oxygen, health care) and also vaccinate our population.
India uses different vaccines than the US. It isn't as simple as sending vaccines not approved in India to India for use.
India doesn't seem to be using the vaccine to which they have access rapidly. Their population has developed a vaccine hesitancy also.
