I had quite a bit of pale blue and yellow yarn and some royal blue. This is what I did with it.

A full size afghan on a large loom becomes unwieldy to handle. This set up helped once I could no longer easily hold it. The large loom is resting on the metal base for our keyboard. A plastic jug is holding the yarn with which I am working. The remainder of the yarn to finish the project is in the laundry basket under the afghan.

Materials:

large knitting loom

loom knit hook

size H crochet hook (for edging)

Yarn:

LB-Light blue

Y -Yellow

RB-Royal blue

Gauge: 5 rows makes 1 inch and 3 pegs makes 1 inch.

This is done entirely with e wrap knitting using all the pegs of a large loom

What makes this different is the varying numbers of color rows.

LB: 40 rows

Y : 35 rows

RB: 30 rows

LB: 25 rows

Y : 20 rows

RB: 15 rows

LB: 10 rows

Y : 8 rows

RB: 4 rows

LB: 40 rows

Y : 35 rows

RB: 30 rows

LB: 25 rows

Y : 20 rows

RB: 15 rows

LB: 10 rows

Y : 8 rows

RB: 4 rows

Edging: This is done with single crochet

Row 1: space single crochets around the edge with LB. Place 3 single crochet in the corners Finish off

Row 2: single crochet around the edge with Y. Place 3 single crochet in the corner stitches. Finish off

Row 3: single crochet around the edge with RB. Place 3 single crochet in the corner stitches. Finish off
